Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information the Anne Kelly Family Foundation (“the Foundation,” “we”) receives through annekelly.org and how we use it. We have kept this website simple so that families can read everything without giving us any personal information.
What you can do without sharing anything
You do not need an account, password or registration to use this website. You can read every page, and open our free educational programs, without telling us who you are.
Information collected automatically
This website does not use advertising, tracking tools or analytics, and it does not set its own cookies.
Like all websites, it is delivered by a hosting service. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, so that it can deliver the website and protect it from abuse.
To display our lettering, your browser also loads fonts from Google Fonts. When it does, Google receives your IP address and basic browser information. Google’s use of that information is covered by Google’s own privacy policy.
When you contact us
Our contact form does not send information to a server. It opens your own email program, and nothing is sent until you choose to send the email. We then receive what you include, such as your name, email address and message.
We use this information only to reply to you (including to arrange a gift, if you ask about giving) and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell it, rent it or use it for advertising.
Please do not send medical details or other sensitive personal information by email. Ordinary email is not a secure way to share private health information.
Free educational programs on nahcp.com
Our free educational programs are hosted on nahcp.com, the website of the National Alliance for Healthcare Professionals (NAHCP). The programs do not require an account. When you follow a link to nahcp.com, nahcp.com’s own privacy policy applies to the information handled there.
Links to other websites
Some pages link to trusted organizations and resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites, and we encourage you to read their policies.
Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices
You may ask us what information we hold from your emails, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to connect@nahcp.com.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this website works, we will update this policy and the date above.
